Community Wellness and Peer Support Program

MANA’s Peer Support Program is a multilingual, multicultural emotional and wellness program that offers one-on-one and group support and public education sessions to destigmatize mental health and address individual and collective trauma.

Community Wellness and Transportation Program

MANA’s Transportation provides multilingual and trauma informed transportation to zero/low income families for non-emergency medical, social service, and immigration appointments, as well as rides to grocery shopping with EBT or GA Vouchers and food pantry visits within one hour of Portland.

Welcoming The Stranger Program (WTS)

MANA’s Welcoming the Stranger Program (WTS) matches volunteers with asylum-seeking individuals or families, to provide a warm welcome and build cross-culture connections to the Greater Portland community.
